# PolicyHeaderHelpTextCollection

`PolicyHeaderHelpTextCollection` is a `MustInherit` base class declaring ten `MustOverride` help-text members that a policy header presenter must supply, giving `IPolicyHeaderDataProvider.HelpTexts` a strongly typed contract for the help content shown alongside a policy header. Implementations live outside this library.*

## Purpose
- Define the fixed set of help-text slots a policy header display requires, so every implementer exposes the same ten pieces of help content.
- Serve as the return type of `IPolicyHeaderDataProvider.HelpTexts`, keeping header help content strongly typed rather than a loose string collection.
